Q&A - Why there were 5 pillars in front of the Tabernacle ?

A vague question, but I'm going to assume that we are talking here about 5 Pillars that formed the Entrance of the Tent of the Tabernacle.

This is rather interesting question which I would want to cover in much more details some time in the future. But for now, I would like to show you couple of images that should provide you with the basic idea.

Here is the normal rendering of the Tabernacle (view from the East):

But look what happens if we would look at the bare-bone Tabernacle...
As you can see 5 Pillars of the Entrance of the Tent perfectly correspond to the 5 Pillars of the Entrance of the Courtyard.

This is not a coincidence and there is much more to it than I'm showing you right now. In fact, this interesting detail is very important to the understanding of the entire structure of the Tabernacle. But like I said, I will leave it at this for now...

If you would like the EXCITING and unbelievable answer to this question go to

The Mishkan is a scientific model of creation. And each piece is carefully designed and measured and assembled to give the design specifications of the subatomic particles' "quantum" values and Soooo much more.
