Its most definitely not an easy read as it is not written in modern Hebrew script, but by utilizing this table below of this wikipedia table you should still be able to enjoy this great book.

This version of Samaritan Torah seems to be written in aramaic language, i.e, it's the Samaritan Targum.
If you compare the first line with the Genesis 1:1 in this site http://tanakh.info/gn1-1, it appears to be the same text with only one change (in the end of the first word, aleph intead of hei).
Yes, you are correct. What I meant was it is written in the modern Samaritan Hebrew SCRIPT. Thank you for pointing that out.
